Reporting to the Manager on Shift, we are currently seeking a passionate Gaming Supervisor (RGO). The overall purpose of the role is to lead and support our Gaming and Loyalty teams while delivering exceptional service experiences to our members and guests. You will be responsible for maintaining service standards, supporting team development, ensuring compliance requirements are met and creating a safe, welcoming and professional environment.
